TL;DR

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality, well-tested software solutions aligned with the engineering strategy.
- Take personal responsibility and authority for the delivery of a broad range of complex technical work.
- Collaborate closely with customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Influence internal organization and customers at a project level.
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to continuously improve team knowledge and capability.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering software engineering projects.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, C++, Objective-C, Java, C#, or C.
- Must be able to hold and maintain DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance.
- Must work from specified office locations in the UK; no remote work available.
- Ability to demonstrate autonomy, ownership, and personal responsibility.
Nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript, MEAN stack, Jenkins, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, or AWS.
- Experience working with Agile project methodologies.
