What you will do

• Analyze game performance, monetization, and retention metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic recommendations for LiveOps, pricing, promotions, and DTC monetization.
• Design and evaluate experiments to improve revenue, engagement, and conversion.
• Partner with game teams to drive measurable business outcomes and revenue expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to execute customer initiatives.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback is reflected in product and operational decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile gaming, F2P, LiveOps, monetization, or product analytics.
• Strong understanding of game monetization, retention, and player lifecycle management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets.
• Proven experience using LLMs or GenAI tools in professional workflows.
• Must be based in Japan and fluent in Japanese.

Nice to have

• Experience with DTC commerce, CRM, or customer lifecycle tools.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
