LiveOps Specialist (Mobile Games)

Location: Lviv, Kharkiv, or Warsaw office, or remote from Ukraine and Poland.

What you will do

• Develop new monetization features and tools for game projects.
• Plan calendars for in-game events and activities.
• Ensure consistency between monetization and game balance.
• Plan content for in-game events.
• Collaborate with Art, Development, and Analytics teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a LiveOps Specialist or in a similar monetization-focused role.
• Understanding of LiveOps systems in the midcore mobile games market.
• Experience balancing game mechanics, creating in-game offers, and working with project monetization.
• Experience building game economies using various mathematical methods.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, R, or SQL.
• Theoretical knowledge of LLM system architecture.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Understanding of client-server interaction.
