What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for enterprise customers throughout their subscription.
• Architect and guide complex deployments of hirify.global platforms, including Designer, Server, and AACP.
• Advise on data strategies, analytic maturity, and integrations to meet specific business objectives.
• Lead environment planning and upgrades while minimizing downtime and risk.
• Guide clients in establishing Centers of Excellence and scalable governance frameworks.
• Analyze customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for optimization and proactive training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, TAM, Consultant).
• Proven expertise with hirify.global Designer and Server (hirify.global Core Certification strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

• Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or shell.
