What you will do

• Execute operational management of digital channels, including content updates and configuration management.
• Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards to track key metrics like traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Support commercial negotiations by preparing briefings, competitive price analyses, and meeting summaries.
• Manage daily communication cadence with external brand partners in Brazil and the US.
• Monitor task dependencies across Legal, Engineering, and Marketing to flag obstacles and risks.
• Utilize generative AI tools daily for task automation, structured workflows, and documentation.

Requirements

• Must reside in São Paulo with availability for office attendance.
• Professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
• Proven experience in commercial operations, e-commerce, digital partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and building custom dashboards.
• Mandatory comfort and daily experience with generative AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage external partner relationships.
