What you will do

• Analyze manufacturing and inspection data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (RCA/CAPA) for defects and nonconformances.
• Develop and standardize work instructions and inspection criteria to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Partner with Production, Metrology, and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve workflows.
• Monitor and report key quality KPIs, including yield, FPY, and defects, to drive operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, preferably in precision or optical fabrication environments.
• Experience with quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and CAPA.
• Familiarity with ISO9001/ISO14001 standards.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools.
• Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
