What you will do

• Coordinate operational trade-related events and system setups prior to trading activity.
• Support trading desks with ad-hoc queries and ongoing business initiatives.
• Remediate exceptions in cash/position reconciliations, daily corporate actions, and NAV reporting.
• Perform scalability analysis of workflow cost drivers to drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Liaise with custodians, ALERT, and Prime Brokers to establish operational flows and respond to service requests.
• Develop technological solutions to navigate the evolving financial regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in the offered role or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Alteryx.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing and quantifying exception data.
• Experience working with Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to keep them under allowable thresholds.
• Knowledge of the overall trade booking lifecycle, from Pre-Trade to Position and Risk Management.
