What you will do
- Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain a safe, functional, and productive environment.
- Identify and implement practical solutions for workplace issues and operational challenges independently.
- Coordinate office maintenance, security, permits, and purchasing activities to ensure business continuity.
- Partner with internal Finance and Legal teams, as well as external vendors and building management.
- Proactively manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination to prevent operational gaps.
- Ensure office supplies, access systems, and workplace services are consistently available and aligned with employee needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or workplace operations.
- Proven experience in vendor coordination, purchasing, and budget administration.
- Working knowledge of office maintenance, permits, and lease-related activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn workplace management tools.
