Location: Hybrid; at least 3x a week onsite in BGC, Taguig City, Manila

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain a safe, functional, and productive environment.
  • Identify and implement practical solutions for workplace issues and operational challenges independently.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, security, permits, and purchasing activities to ensure business continuity.
  • Partner with internal Finance and Legal teams, as well as external vendors and building management.
  • Proactively manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination to prevent operational gaps.
  • Ensure office supplies, access systems, and workplace services are consistently available and aligned with employee needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or workplace operations.
  • Proven experience in vendor coordination, purchasing, and budget administration.
  • Working knowledge of office maintenance, permits, and lease-related activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn workplace management tools.
