Research Support Assistant

What you will do

• Transfer data and editorial content between internal content management systems (CMS).
• Ensure all transferred data is complete, correctly formatted, and consistent across systems.
• Perform data cleansing and validation tasks, and conduct online research to verify missing information.
• Review entries for errors, omissions, or duplications before and after transfer.
• Collaborate with researchers and editorial teams to ensure timely processing based on daily volume and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or working with content management systems.
• Familiarity with web-based systems.
• Must be based in Manila.
• Understanding of the asset management industry (preferred).
