What you will do

• Own and coordinate packaging activities for assigned clinical studies and compounds.
• Design packaging concepts and kits that meet regulatory, quality, and study-specific requirements.
• Manage and coordinate suppliers providing packaging materials.
• Utilize management systems, including SAP, to handle packaging data, documentation, and processes.
• Perform end-to-end review and analysis of packaging processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a global clinical environment.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or an equivalent technical background.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in packaging design and development, ideally within a GMP, pharmaceutical, or clinical environment.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong proficiency with SAP and general technical aptitude.
• English: Fluent (C1) spoken and written is mandatory.
• Location: Ability to work from the Beerse office.
