What you will do

  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and contribute to cost estimations and technical assessments.
  • Coordinate project planning, monitor milestones, and maintain action plans and trackers.
  • Manage purchase requests, orders (OR/PO), and project KPI dashboards.
  • Control and manage technical and quality documentation ensuring strict GxP/GMP compliance.
  • Support operational teams in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and follow up on EHS actions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical and/or engineering environment.
  • Practical experience working in regulated environments (GxP/GMP).
  • Strong documentation skills, including rigor, traceability, and ability to write clear procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and priority management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data exploitation and reporting.
  • Experience with tools such as SharePoint, TrackWise, and JDE.
