What you will do
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and contribute to cost estimations and technical assessments.
- Coordinate project planning, monitor milestones, and maintain action plans and trackers.
- Manage purchase requests, orders (OR/PO), and project KPI dashboards.
- Control and manage technical and quality documentation ensuring strict GxP/GMP compliance.
- Support operational teams in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and follow up on EHS actions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical and/or engineering environment.
- Practical experience working in regulated environments (GxP/GMP).
- Strong documentation skills, including rigor, traceability, and ability to write clear procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and priority management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data exploitation and reporting.
- Experience with tools such as SharePoint, TrackWise, and JDE.
