What you will do
- Build prospect engagement strategies and qualify pipelines through cold and warm channels.
- Execute the end-to-end sales process, pitching orchestration solutions to global B2C and e-commerce enterprises.
- Manage negotiation strategies and drive mutual action plans with C-suite stakeholders.
- Act as a product expert to help merchants understand how payment orchestration solves their specific pain points.
- Supervise compliance processes and technical implementation to ensure seamless merchant onboarding.
- Monitor target metrics and use a data-driven approach to ramp up new merchants and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience in sales or business development within top-tier fintech/paytech companies in EU regions.
- English: C1 level (fluent) required.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent analytical skills for managing complexity and driving data-informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem (acquiring, processing, fraud prevention, routing, and compliance) is a major plus.
