What you will do

  • Support technical feasibility studies, engineering projects, and cost estimations.
  • Coordinate and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain engineering documentation and records in strict compliance with GxP/GMP requirements.
  • Prepare KPI dashboards, project reports, and management presentations.
  • Support the implementation of Quality and EHS corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering department.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an engineering or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Fluent English and French required.
  • Knowledge of regulated environments and GxP/GMP requirements.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, TrackWise, JDE, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
