What you will do

• Define and champion QE best practices, standards, and processes across the engineering organization.
• Design, develop, and implement a scalable and maintainable test automation framework.
• Evaluate and integrate new testing tools, specifically focusing on agentic AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to implement Shift-Left quality practices throughout the SDLC.
• Design and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Lead code reviews for test automation and provide technical guidance to other QE team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering with a heavy emphasis on test automation.
• Proficiency in building robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Proven experience leveraging GenAI tooling to generate tests and enhance coverage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter or k6.
• Knowledge of security testing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL databases.
