What you will do

• Own and improve QMS processes to ensure scalability, consistency, and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Lead and coordinate ISO certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
• Manage the CAPA program, ensuring strong root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Define and analyze QMS KPIs to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to embed quality into daily operations.
• Drive standardization across sites and product lines to reduce variation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering, including hands-on management of an ISO 9001-compliant QMS.
• Proven experience leading external audits and compliance efforts.
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, internal audits, and metrics systems.
• Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Experience with SAP Quality Module or similar ERP/QMS systems.
