What you will do

• Interpret work instructions, blueprints, and product specifications to ensure quality standards.
• Perform inspections using precision tools such as calipers, gauges, and CMM.
• Identify, tag, and quarantine non-conforming materials.
• Conduct random product, containment, and process audits throughout the plant.
• Execute SAP transactions for inspection lots, data entry, and inventory status.
• Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 10+ hours per day and 50+ hours per week.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, BOMs, and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments and lab setup tools.
• Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Must pass the quarterly Audit Requirements test.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
