What you will do

• Identify and prioritize AI, GenAI, and automation opportunities within Financial Crime operations.
• Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into clear use cases and technical requirements.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and ROI models for AI initiatives.
• Drive use cases from ideation and discovery through to implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Owners.
• Monitor and track business value, including productivity gains and cost reductions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Data & AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Developer, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Expertise in Financial Economic Crime (FEC), AML, KYC, CDD, or Transaction Monitoring.
• Experience driving business transformation and digital innovation within large regulated organizations.
• Knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI delivery lifecycles from PoC to production.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and requirements gathering capabilities.
