What you will do

• Lead the implementation of new features, bug fixes, and complex configurations within Adobe environments.
• Collaborate with Architects and Technical Project Managers to translate client requirements into technical specifications and deployment plans.
• Conduct in-depth technical investigations, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions involving advanced programming.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Associate and other Developers on complex tasks and coding best practices.
• Ensure successful integration, testing, and deployment of client applications using rigorous quality assurance methods.
• Act as a go-to resource for technical challenges and engage proactively with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on development experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.
• Proven expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms (AJO, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, AEP, Adobe Target).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, and SQL, with experience in Python or Java.
• Active Adobe certifications such as AJO Developer Expert or Adobe Campaign Developer Expert.
• Deep understanding of data models, optimization techniques, and GDPR principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
