What you will do

  • Build a centralized reliability command center for unified system health and risk visibility across services.
  • Create AI agents to assist with incident triage, root-cause exploration, and log/trace summarization.
  • Develop developer-facing features and APIs for efficient data exploration and debugging.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude to prototype and ship high-quality code.
  • Own the entire project lifecycle from requirements and architecture to implementation and rollout.
  • Collaborate with product, infra, data, and SRE teams to translate pain points into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Strong proficiency in Python with experience in data-intensive applications and robust APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot).
  • Practical experience using LLMs or AI frameworks to enhance automation with guardrails.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
