What you will do

• Execute organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO, organic social, and content distribution.
• Develop high-quality articles, landing pages, and social posts that rank and drive qualified traffic.
• Manage technical and on-page SEO, including keyword research, site structure, and internal linking.
• Optimize content to be surfaced and cited by AI answer engines and LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Build and manage organic social channel distribution playbooks to extend content reach.
• Track and report on organic performance to iteratively refine the growth strategy.

Requirements

• 5 years of organic marketing experience with a demonstrable track record of growing traffic and rankings.
• Strong SEO expertise in technical and on-page optimization using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console.
• Deep understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and how to structure content for AI citation.
• Proven ability to research, write, and edit high-quality, non-generic content.
• Hands-on experience growing brand channels through organic social media.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to set up tracking and use data to shape strategy.

• Design literacy to effectively brief, prompt, and review visual work.
