What you will do
- Troubleshoot customer environments and engage in active triaging with customers.
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and automation systems for daily operations.
- Participate in on-call rotation for weekend coverage.
- Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer needs and pain points.
- Direct product architecture and contribute to multi-cloud implementations.
- Own the customer experience by providing white-glove guidance and ensuring SLA compliance.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ireland
- 5+ years of experience with large, complex cloud infrastructures operating at scale.
- 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience managing production distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong Linux experience and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in handling customer issues and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and CI/CD practices.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
- Experience with Kubernetes Custom Resources.
- Depth of knowledge with Azure.
- Experience with Airflow or Big Data orchestration.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
