What you will do
- Independently execute UX designs for digital channels including chat, messaging, email, and social within the Workspace.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to align stakeholders around design solutions.
- Conduct UX discovery efforts, including competitor audits and the creation of user stories.
- Leverage user research insights to refine usability and consistency across agent touchpoints.
- Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and collaborate with Senior and Staff UX Designers.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in user experience design with a proven ability to execute designs independently.
- Must be based in Hungary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with Figma and low-fi tools like Miro or FigJam.
- Online portfolio is a minimum requirement for the review process.
