What you will do

  • Support end-to-end sourcing activities (RFI, RFQ/RFP): gather requirements, run market research, evaluate proposals, perform decision analysis (e.g., TCO/scenario analysis), negotiate, and award.
  • Support vendor relationship management: performance tracking, issue management and resolution, supplier reviews, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers; assist in executing sourcing strategies.
  • Help define quality and quantity metrics for sourcing engagements.
  • Analyze sourcing engagement performance and propose improvements; create dashboards for management assessments and supplier performance.
  • Follow applicable guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

  • Be a young graduate (trainee/junior level) ready to develop leadership potential through rotations.
  • Ability to work in an international program with global events and cross-country exposure.
  • Willingness to rotate across projects and departments within the track during the traineeship.
  • Ability to support supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and risk management activities as part of the sourcing role.
