What you will do

• Analyze data to generate insights that support sales strategy, client engagement, and product positioning.
• Build dashboards and reports to enhance decision-making across the distribution team.
• Manage and maintain the private markets sales pipeline, ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Own and optimize Salesforce usage, including workflows, reporting, and data quality improvements.
• Produce management information (MI) and performance insights for senior stakeholders.
• Create high-quality presentations and briefing materials tailored to institutional audiences.

Requirements

• Experience in a data-driven role within investment management, private markets, or institutional distribution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Advanced Salesforce capability, including reporting, dashboards, and workflow management.
• Understanding of private markets (e.g., private credit, infrastructure, real assets, private equity).
• Strong communication skills to distill complex information clearly.
• Must be based in London for onsite work.
