• Set and deliver the Data & Analytics strategy aligned with divisional and wider organizational priorities.

• Oversee the development of self-serve data tools and analytical products focused on usability.
• Lead engagement with AI initiatives to embed new capabilities into supervision workflows.
• Manage senior stakeholders to influence how data and analytics are used across the financial sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading data, analytics, or technical teams within a complex organization.
• Track record of delivering complex programs or transforming analytical capabilities.
• Strong understanding of how data supports decision-making, ideally in financial services or regulation.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Strong people leadership skills, including developing teams and creating a shared vision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of seniority.
