What you will do

• Oversee and optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Identify automation opportunities within the S2P lifecycle, leveraging AI where possible.
• Develop a strategic approach for Procurement MI to enable data-driven decision making across the business.
• Analyze transactional data to generate insights, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Manage master data, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and process compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Finance to support system enhancements and develop the MP hirify.global roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of P2P processes and related software platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in process mapping, optimization, and change management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must be based in or able to work in York (Hybrid)
