Location: Hybrid (3 days/week from the office in Malmö, Sweden). Relocation to Malmö is required after the first 3 months of commuting.

Salary: Senior 1,200–1,400 PLN/MD, Expert 1,400–1,840 PLN/MD (B2B)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions.
• Build and maintain large-scale ML systems and data processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to deliver AI-powered features.
• Improve machine learning infrastructure, tooling, and model development workflows.
• Optimize training, fine-tuning, and evaluation processes for ML models.
• Support the deployment and continuous improvement of ML models in production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Software Engineering with a strong ML focus.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with deep learning toolkits (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
• Experience building scalable distributed systems and high-throughput applications.
• Proven track record of deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Spark, SQL, Snowflake, or Hadoop.
• English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, RAG systems, foundation models, or transformer architectures.
• Experience with recommendation systems, personalization, search, or advertising technologies.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, probabilistic models, or bandits.
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML features into large-scale consumer products.
