What you will do

• Train large transformer-based models on long sequences of real-world transactional events.
• Design tokenization schemes for numerical, categorical, and temporal features.
• Manage the full model lifecycle from data preparation to production serving.
• Translate research decisions into scalable machine learning systems.
• Collaborate within a small, high-ownership team on open-ended technical challenges.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and sequence modeling.
• Hands-on experience designing tokenization schemes for heterogeneous feature types.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, SageMaker, and Airflow.
• Experience owning the full model lifecycle from training to production.
• Ability to reason through architectural tradeoffs in complex ML systems.
• CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Triton kernels or GPU-level optimization.
• Broader ML background beyond deep learning.
• Experience with large-scale transactional or financial data.
• Background in ML infrastructure or MLOps.
