What you will do

• Serve as the overall owner of assigned business processes, managing their full life cycle and outcomes.
• Ensure processes operate according to plan and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Oversee that all stakeholders have the tools and knowledge required for effective execution.
• Define and maintain control indicators to measure process efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate process risks through proactive analysis and improvement.
• Continuously monitor and optimize processes to sustain long-term business performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Product Management, or Business Operations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to dissect complex processes and identify root causes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to gain alignment.
• Capability to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus (Visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
• Familiarity with other Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks.
