What you will do

• Design vehicle control functions using MATLAB and Simulink, including state machines and fault-management logic.
• Develop embedded software for steering, braking, propulsion, and vehicle control systems.
• Generate production-ready code from models for integration into embedded platforms.
• Support simulation (MIL), HIL, and vehicle validation activities.
• Collaborate with software, systems, and safety engineers to implement and validate embedded functions.

Requirements

• Must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Software, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of Model-Based Design principles and embedded C development.
• Knowledge of CAN and Ethernet communication protocols.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency.
