Salary: $89,000–$122,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide Financial Professionals with education, guidance, and support on mutual funds, ETFs, unit investment trusts, closed-end funds, 529 plans, and donor advised funds.
• Manage strategic asset manager relationships, including business development, sponsorships, educational events, and webinars.
• Advise on product availability, platform eligibility, mutual fund share class selection, due diligence, and implementation.
• Support onboarding and transitions by analyzing incoming books of business, identifying conversion opportunities, and facilitating access to approved solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects, including plans, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and delivery.
• Plan partner events, conferences, and sponsorships, and maintain current Investment Solutions content on BisonExchange.

Requirements

• BS degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses, or the ability to obtain them within 6 months.
• Strong relationship-building, written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Proactive, timely service and consistent follow-through with Financial Professionals and internal partners.

Nice to have

• Investment product experience, especially with mutual funds and/or ETFs.
