What you will do
- Administer the full employee lifecycle for the Swiss entity (contracts, employee changes, offboarding, leave) with compliance and accuracy.
- Own People Operations for the French entity in close collaboration with the local payroll provider.
- Act as a go-to expert on Swiss labor law (employment contracts, termination procedures, parental leave, and related topics).
- Manage communications with Swiss tax authorities, immigration offices, and other government institutions in German.
- Maintain and improve HRIS (Personio): keep data accurate, optimize workflows, and build meaningful automations.
- Handle employee questions on contracts, benefits, and HR policies; drive complex initiatives end-to-end across People, Finance, and Legal.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role (ideally in a scaling technology company or international environment).
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Swiss labor law.
- English fluency and business-fluent German.
- Experience working with an HRIS; strong advantage with Personio.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and come to the St. Gallen office once per week.
- Precise, proactive, self-directed approach with strong attention to detail and process ownership.

- Curiosity about AI and interest in exploring tools to reduce manual work.
