What you will do
- Identify, negotiate, and close new commercial partnership opportunities across the APAC region to drive revenue growth.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, outreach, pitch development, and partner onboarding.
- Develop customized commercial solutions aligned with the priorities of Riot’s esports products and brand values.
- Manage strategic accounts as the primary point of contact to ensure high partner satisfaction and successful execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with publishing, esports, and event production teams to deliver partner entitlements.
- Monitor campaign performance and analytics to provide actionable insights and maximize partner outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sponsorship sales, or account management within esports, gaming, sports, or media.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-value commercial partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing senior-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the APAC market and familiarity with the gaming and esports ecosystem.
- Ability to operate independently as a reliable salesperson with minimal supervision.
- Experience working cross-functionally across regional and global teams.
