What you will do

  • Identify, negotiate, and close new commercial partnership opportunities across the APAC region to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, outreach, pitch development, and partner onboarding.
  • Develop customized commercial solutions aligned with the priorities of Riot’s esports products and brand values.
  • Manage strategic accounts as the primary point of contact to ensure high partner satisfaction and successful execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with publishing, esports, and event production teams to deliver partner entitlements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analytics to provide actionable insights and maximize partner outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sponsorship sales, or account management within esports, gaming, sports, or media.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-value commercial partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC market and familiarity with the gaming and esports ecosystem.
  • Ability to operate independently as a reliable salesperson with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across regional and global teams.
