What you will do

• Monitor system status, performance metrics, and capacity to ensure cloud platform stability.
• Handle escalations from 2nd line support and manage technical application deployments.
• Maintain system patches, updates, and accurate records of all assets and licenses.
• Manage storage resources and monitor cloud elasticity to identify and report irregularities.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to ensure continuous service availability.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine operational tasks.

Requirements

• Working experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Linux and/or Windows Server administration.
• Experience with SQL Server, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD systems and networking protocols (LAN/VLAN).
• Ability to leverage AI systems for ideation, development, and task scaling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
