What you will do

• Prepare and submit project-related and month-end reports to the operations department.
• Execute month-end closing activities to ensure a smooth financial transition.
• Ensure all accounting notes and entries strictly comply with the provisions of the Accounting Law.
• Develop and refine accounting procedures to improve internal operational processes.
• Collaborate with the IT department to report and resolve system issues.
• Support team members and assist in standardizing internal workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or current student at a Finance/Accounting University.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Romania.
