What you will do

• Provide post-sales break-fix support and consulting to resolve complex technical issues for global organizations.
• Support infrastructure design, deployment, testing, and optimization to ensure system efficiency.
• Drive issue resolution by interacting with internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Replicate and reproduce customer issues in lab environments before escalating internally.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base content to improve solution positioning and documentation.
• Provide white-glove technical management for critical accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer in customer-facing roles.
• Strong background in network security across support, design, or operations roles.
• Expertise in Unix systems, virtualization technologies, scripting, and API integrations.
• Technical proficiency with FreeBSD and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent training.
