What you will do

• Build and lead the finance team and Business Analysts hub, managing performance and development.
• Establish the treasury function from scratch, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Set FX policy and hedging strategies while overseeing group execution.
• Manage banking relationships, account infrastructure, and operational banking processes.
• Deliver insightful financial reporting to the board and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Drive AI adoption and process automation across all finance workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in team management.
• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and board-level reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience in treasury, cash management, FX risk management, or hedging strategies.
• Background in high-growth tech, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
