What you will do

• Lead and develop the entire marketing team, managing structure, processes, prioritization, and performance.
• Drive the strategic positioning of creative marketing as a key growth engine across social media, video, trade fairs, and partnerships.
• Initiate and devise innovative creative concepts and campaigns to differentiate the company from competitors.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the defined social media and content strategy in day-to-day operations.
• Manage and evaluate high-profile external marketing initiatives and strategic collaborations.
• Plan and direct national and international trade fair appearances to ensure a sales-driven brand presence on site.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of management experience in marketing, ideally managing multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of brand management, creative processes, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in establishing and developing organizational structures and processes.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into clear priorities, managing budgets and KPIs.
• Strong assertiveness and a confident manner at the management level.
