What you will do

  • Design retention programs to reinforce customer value and drive renewal behavior.
  • Identify churn risks using data and activate targeted interventions to re-engage customers.
  • Develop subscription utilization programs to move users from passive subscribers to active users.
  • Create customer-facing campaigns and education for new product feature releases.
  • Build playbooks, toolkits, and asset libraries for Account Managers and Group Account Directors to manage account health.
  • Operationalize a Customer Advocacy Board and drive customer reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning renewal, churn reduction, or subscription growth as a primary mandate.
  • Track record of driving product usage and utilization as a core KPI.
  • Experience building programmatic lifecycle infrastructure, including segmentation logic, trigger design, and journey mapping.
  • Experience creating enablement toolkits and playbooks for customer-facing commercial teams.
  • Strong data-driven approach to cohort analysis and risk pattern identification.
