What you will do
- Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the complaint, identifying the cause, proposing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Handle complaints within time limits, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and confirm outcomes.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while building trust through open communication.
- Support team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt communication to different customer types.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- English at a medium level at least.
