What you will do

• Support the selection and preparation of test site facilities in the UAE.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, security, and restricted access for assembly and test facilities.
• Manage procurement for daily operational needs and consumables.
• Provide administrative support including correspondence, package delivery, and documentation.
• Assist AIT teams with operational tasks such as training and facility services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably within the aerospace sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is considered an asset).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
