What you will do

• Interpret complex mechanical drawings and CAD/CAM models to define advanced machining strategies.
• Program, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC machining processes for mills, lathes, and EDM equipment.
• Lead setup, calibration, and tooling preparation for high-spec production runs.
• Supervise and mentor machinists and operators, providing technical guidance and on-the-job training.
• Perform advanced inspection using precision metrology equipment like CMM to meet stringent standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in machining practices, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience as a CNC operator.
• Fluent in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
• Strong proficiency in operating CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement tools.
• Advanced understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM software.
• Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical documents and drawings.
• ITI, Diploma, or equivalent in engineering or a relevant discipline.
