What you will do

• Lead routine maintenance, turnarounds, and brownfield projects against KPIs, schedules, and budgets.
• Act as the senior representative for the contract-specific joint venture, managing client and shareholder relationships.
• Oversee mechanical maintenance, piping, and rotating equipment interfaces to ensure operational integrity.
• Deliver financial performance including cost control, invoicing, and commercial reporting.
• Manage workforce planning and ensure compliance with local content requirements in Kazakhstan.
• Provide visible HSE leadership across all onshore and offshore activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance, turnaround, or industrial services.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (contract, operations, or project management).
• Proven experience in JV/consortium delivery within remote onshore/offshore environments.
• English: C1 proficiency required for reporting and stakeholder management.
• Must be based in Kazakhstan or willing to work in Atyrau and remote sites.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Project Management preferred.

Nice to have

• Russian and/or Kazakh language capability.
• Experience in the Caspian region oil and gas sector.
