What you will do

• Provide comprehensive legal support for trade representative offices in Europe, Turkey, the UAE, and Cyprus.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting templates, reviewing terms, and supervising execution.
• Conduct counterparty due diligence to verify legal status and signatory authority.
• Manage accounts receivable through formal claims and debt recovery litigation.
• Liaise with regulatory and law enforcement authorities during inquiries and inspections.
• Handle general legal matters including employment law and monitoring local legislative changes.

Requirements

• Higher education in law.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar legal role.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience in commercial companies and foreign economic activity (FEA).
• In-depth knowledge of EU legislation.
• Experience in debt collection and contract management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Russian language.
• Knowledge of Turkish and UAE legislation.
