TL;DR
NFR Specialist (1 LoD) (Non-Financial Risk): Managing and monitoring non-financial risks and controls within an international stakeholder environment with an accent on policy application, regulatory requirements, analysis, and reporting. Focus on identifying risk trends, resolving complex queries, improving control processes, and supporting effective risk mitigation.

Location: Slovakia; flexible workhirify.global hours and work-from-home arrangements are available.

Salary: €2,669 gross per month minimum basic wage component; final financial conditions are negotiable based on experience and profile.

What you will do

  • Manage activities related to the identification, assessment, monitorhirify.global, and mitigation of non-financial risks.
  • Interpret and apply policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Research, analyse information, identify trends, and prepare reporthirify.global for stakeholders.
  • Provide specialist advice, resolve queries, and escalate complex or contentious matters.
  • Support quality initiatives, process and control improvements, and agreed organisational changes.
  • Collaborate with international and cross-functional stakeholders and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent education.
  • Typically three to six years of relevant experience in non-financial risk, business control, compliance, resilience, consulthirify.global, transformation, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of risk management techniques, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical skills, includhirify.global trend identification, issue assessment, and practical recommendations.
  • Experience applyhirify.global policies, standards, or frameworks and contributhirify.global to process or control improvements.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong stakeholder-management, communication, and reporthirify.global skills.
