What you will do
- Administer compliance requests, reports, inquiries, and compliance information across company offices and regions.
- Develop internal compliance documentation, processes, policies, guides, templates, and educational materials.
- Manage third-party risk and due diligence processes, including red-flag testing, follow-up, and remediation.
- Review compliance clauses in commercial agreements and research legal and operational risk factors.
- Identify potential non-compliance, advise on remediation, and support compliance reporting and data analytics.
- Collaborate with compliance managers, corporate functions, and regional business teams to improve workflows and risk awareness.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance.
- Higher education degree in law, such as LLB or LLM.
- General knowledge of compliance systems, compliance programs, third-party risk management, and anti-bribery and corruption processes.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, writing, task management, and research skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel.
