What you will do

• Implement and iterate on test plans and scripts to ensure game quality.
• Identify, document, and estimate the severity of bugs found during development.
• Execute exploratory and destructive testing to uncover edge cases.
• Produce progress reports for QA leads, highlighting risks and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and stakeholders to investigate and prioritize player-reported issues.
• Promote a bug-prevention philosophy through early and frequent testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA, with preference for games industry background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in London 2-3 days per week.
• Adaptable and curious mindset with a desire for continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Relevant academic qualification in games, UI/UX design, art, or animation.
• Knowledge of platform standards for Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, iOS, or Android.
• Relevant test certifications such as ISTQB or ASTQB.
• Experience with functional/non-functional testing and automation tools.
