Sports Interactive is a Europe studio developing Football Manager games for multiple platforms.
What you will do
- Execute test strategies for assigned products or areas within the Match QA team.
- Implement and iterate on test plans and scripts.
- Perform exploratory and destructive testing, identify bugs, and estimate issue severity.
- Prepare test progress reports for QA leads, highlighting risks and concerns.
- Support bug prevention through early testing, feedback, and collaboration with development teams.
- Investigate player-reported issues with Customer Service and stakeholders to prioritise fixes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of QA experience; games industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Availability to attend the London studio 2–3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with games or UI/UX design, art, or animation.
- Knowledge of Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, streaming platforms, iOS, or Android.
- ISTQB, ASTQB, or another relevant testing certification.
- Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing, test automation, and QA tools.
