Qa Tester (Gamedev)

TL;DR

QA Tester (Gamedev): Testing Brookhaven game in live and QA environments across different platforms, ensuring issues are identified early and the player experience is protected. Focus on creating and executing comprehensive test plans, reproducing and documenting issues with supporting materials, and communicating test results clearly to the QA Lead and other testers.

Location: Remote from UK, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Canada. Must be willing to work 9 - 5 UK time. Travel 2 to 3x / year (RDC + possible team meet-ups)

What you will do

• Test Brookhaven in both a LIVE and QA environment across Mobile, Tablet, PC, and Console.
• Reproduce and document issues with complete supporting materials.
• Conduct testing from a player-experience perspective, representing Brookhaven’s community voice.
• Collaborate with the QA Lead to create and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Communicate progress, risks, and test results clearly to ensure effective coverage across tests.

Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
• Experience as an active player on the Roblox platform with a strong understanding of Roblox player behaviour.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies, issues, or things that don’t look right.
• Ability to clearly and concisely present complex information in an understandable way.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Be 18 years of age or older.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on Roblox games professionally.
• Prior experience working in QA.
