What you will do

• Define and execute comprehensive growth strategies covering user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Lead community and ecosystem operations using data-driven segmentation and lifecycle management.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging Web3 narratives and industry trends through content and go-to-market plays.
• Drive ToB ecosystem partnerships by leading commercial negotiations with protocols and projects.
• Plan and execute global online and offline events to drive brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations or growth experience in Crypto/Web3.
• Must have a current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship).
• Fluent in English (C1 level) for international communication.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including infra providers, VCs, and DApps.
• Proven ability to drive ToB partnerships and commercial negotiations.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
