What you will do

• Provide legal advice on company operations and manage the review, preparation, and amendment of legal documentation.
• Oversee contract management with third parties to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Analyze changes in financial regulations and corporate laws to advise management on operational impacts.
• Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer to address regulatory inquiries and manage reporting.
• Support licensing applications, renewals, and interactions with financial regulatory bodies.
• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for internal departments including Sales, Marketing, and HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Solid background in financial services or legal practice.
• Expertise in Corporations law and financial regulations.
• Exceptional communication, drafting, and report-writing abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Sydney.
